Privacy / plain language
Only what is needed.
This site is designed to publish project information and receive direct inquiries—not to build advertising profiles or mailing lists.
Information you choose to send
The contact form collects the fields you complete, including your name, email address, organization, topic, timing, reply preference, and message. Email correspondence contains whatever information you include in it.
Why it is used
Information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, maintain necessary correspondence, prevent abuse, and keep reasonable operational records. It is not sold, rented, or placed on a general marketing list.
Form processing
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered by email. Formspree necessarily processes submission data to provide that service and applies its own privacy and security practices.
Technical records
The web host, reverse proxy, and security providers may process ordinary request information such as IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent, and security signals. Those records are used for delivery, reliability, and abuse prevention.
Retention
Inquiry correspondence may be retained while it remains useful for the conversation, operational records, dispute prevention, or legal obligations. Unneeded information is not intentionally retained indefinitely.
Your choices
You can contact [email protected] to ask what information you submitted or request correction or deletion, subject to legitimate retention needs.
External destinations
If a page links to another site, that destination controls its own data practices. This notice applies only to codedbyzero.com.
This notice may be revised when the site, hosting, or contact services change. The effective date above will be updated with material revisions.
